My love for horror movies has been well documented on this blog. And given my recent discovery that the Huffington Post is being trolled by controversy-starved production assistants at Fox News (more on that later), perhaps a move away from the political sphere is in order. So I’m gonna write about slasher flicks for the interminably smart site, The Awl. Check out my first “Horror Chick” review of the absurdly awful and even more absurdly high-grossing The Final Destination (aka Final Destination 4: Bigger, Faster, More Flying Guts). Did I mention the viscera flies in 3-D?
Oh also, Opinionistas has been named one of the Top Law Blogs by the Daily Reviewer — I never know whether these things mean anything (which is a sure sign they don’t) but somehow my blogger roots compel me to mention them.
