One thing I would like to state:
The lawyer stories told in the blog, as I’ve said before, are based on experiences at a number of firms. Details, events, conversations and settings were changed for many reasons. Characters are caricaturized versions of people. To those pointing fingers at X or Y person saying “She was writing about you!” no, I wasn’t necessarily. I took characters and behavior that I’d observed at one or another place and put them in new scenarios. None of it was entirely made up, but it was dramatized and told from my melodramatic point of view.
